Refund Eligibility:
- Time Frame: You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items designated as "Final Sale."
- Products that have been used, or have undergone any alteration.
- Items not purchased directly from our website (for these, please refer to the return policy of the retailer where the product was purchased).
Process for Returns and Refunds:

- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed instructions for returning your product.
- Ship the Product: Return the item in its original packaging. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your refund request.
- Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
